He has worked with over 100 homeowners and bought and sold several million dollars of real estate since starting the company. He lives in Franklin, TN, with his wife of 6 years and their son. They enjoy the outdoors, sports, traveling, college & NFL football, and any activity on the lake.

Bobby Gerry is our funding coordinator. He is from Houston, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas. Bobby enjoys fishing, hunting, and working with investors to fund real estate projects.
Debbie Thompson is the company’s design manager. She is originally from Gainsville, FL & is an avid Florida Gator fan. She has a gift for making people feel comfortable when speaking with her.
Tara Fager is our liquidations manager. Born and raised in the “Sunshine State,” Tara graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Public Relations. After college, she used her degree to market and promote some of Southwest Florida’s premier realtors and developers. New opportunities and the chance to live near her brother and his family brought her to Middle Tennessee in 2008.
